NSO Entertainment's Terms & Conditions

Deposit and Payment

• A 50% per person non-refundable deposit is due within 5 days of reservation.
• All groups of ten or more travelers require a 50% non-refundable deposit within seven days of reservation.
• For groups of ten or more travelers final payment is due 45 days prior to departure.
• Final non-refundable payment is due 60 days prior to commencement of all packages.
• For reservations made within 45 days prior to commencement of event, full payment is due within 72 hours.
• Payment is accepted by company, personal or cashier check. Visa, Master Card,and Discover are accepted with a signed authorization letter, copy of credit card, copy of Drivers License and all credit card billing information.
• Credit cards are not accepted for groups of 10 or more travelers.

Cancellation and Refunds

• All deposits and final payments are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be given for any unused portion or components of the tour.
• Should any event be cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, NSO Entertainment LLC will give FULL credit of amount paid towards another event only. No other refunds or credits will be given. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
• If final payment has not been received by due date, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation and retain all payments.
• A $100 per person fee may be assessed for any name changes, once package has been issued.
• If for any reason a clients order can not be confirmed, we will issue a 100% refund (At the clients request)

Tickets to Events

• Unless other wise stated in writing, all event tickets will be issued the day before or on the day of the event. They will either be delivered to your hotel room or sent to you via FEDEX.
• If event tickets are required prior to that time and we can fulfill customer's request, a surcharge of $100.00 may be assessed.
• Tickets to events will be issued in pairs of two.
• Odd numbers of tickets together and /or tickets in specific rows, sections, or team fan areas of the venue, cannot be guaranteed.
• All upgraded tickets are guaranteed to be equal or better than contracted for, or a refund of the difference in cost, to the next lower priced upgrade will be made.
• Individual tickets to certain events are free and included in the the price of the package.
• All tickets that are sold seperate from a package will have a premium surcharge added to the price of the ticket. We do not sell tickets separately at face value!!!
• NSO Entertainment LLC is not responsible for the theft, loss, delay, destruction or misplacement of any tickets that are mailed, express delivered, left at will-call, or any location other than specified in this Terms and Conditions section and in trip documents.
• Some tickets are provided from a third party. If they can not be confirmed for the requested time frame, we will issue a full refund.
• Should any event be cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, NSO Entertainment LLC will give FULL credit of amount paid towards another event only.
• If for some reason there was a mistake made by NSO Entertainment LLC and we cancel your order, we will refund 100% of your purchase.

Disclaimer and Notices

• NSO Entertainment LLC is acting as an independent intermediary for suppliers of goods and services, which are not directly supplied by this company; such as air transportation, motor coach/shuttle/limo transportation, rental cars, hotel accommodations, meals, tours and event tickets.
• NSO Entertainment LLC shall not be responsible for actions, errors, omissions or negligence on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, injury or death to you, your travel companions or group members. We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, injury or death to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, or any other action, omission, error, condition or negligence outside of our control.
• NSO Entertainment LLC reserves the right to substitute hotels of equal status, alter itineraries, substitute airlines, change flight times and upgrade or downgrade event tickets. In the event of cancellation or postponement of certain event, NSO Entertainment LLC shall not be responsible for accommodations or transportation beyond the scheduled date of a certain event. We also reserve the right to cancel any reservations and remit a full refund to the cancelled party. Rates are subject to change without notice and tours and event tickets are subject to availability. Travel documents are delivered Federal Express, seven to ten days prior to event.
• By embarking upon travel, the traveler(s) voluntarily assumes all risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Travel and Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended.
• Your booking shall constitute consent to the above agreement for yourself, companions, or on behalf of your clients or group members. The client, by engaging NSO Entertainment LLC, acknowledges these conditions and agrees to hold the company blameless in making the arrangements on his behalf, and agrees that restitution or damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from individual suppliers for the tour.
• The client also agrees to the terms and conditions of the tour and services, as set forth by the suppliers to NSO Entertainment LLC. Payment of deposit and /or full payment shall constitute additional and further consent to all provisions set forth and stated herein.
